INSPIRATION CORPORATE UPDATE

Inspiration Mining Corp. would like to congratulate Randy Miller, Herb Brugh, James Davis, Ian Stewart and Luke van der Horst on their election as directors at the recent annual shareholders meeting held on May 21, 2010. The corporation would also like to congratulate Mr. Miller and Mr. Davis on their appointments as president and chief financial officer, respectively.

As over 39 million common shares (or approximately 54 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares) were voted at the meeting, management would like to thank the shareholders for participating in the meeting and supporting the efforts of management as its continues in its efforts to increase shareholder value through the continued development of the corporation's Langmuir property.
