"What scares me is the NSR buy-back of $1,500,000 of the first 1.5% of its 2.5% NSR. I wonder who owns that."

Going by memory here and if someone knows otherwise please state...but if I recall correctly the person that owned part of the NSR was Mr. Randy Miller.
