I find the extremely small timeframe of Mr Albert Louis vander Horst's tenure on the board of directors rather interesting for a myriad of reasons, none of which has to do with his last name.

The turn over rate on the BOD pre/post the meeting during which the CEO package was established does not raise my confidence level in management very much.

Perhaps we should establish compensation levels for our BOD that are commensurate with our CEO, in order to attract and retain well qualified individuals to our BOD. (tongue in cheek comment!!!)
