That was an interesting statement that you copied, the next couple of sentences were also interesting. It raises the question : Why did ISM discontinue this action? The stated reasoning for taking action in the first place, still obviously remains firmly entrenched in the graphs for all to see.

One wonders what the thought process was concerning the discontinuance of this legal action? Until we see a press or news release detailing the reasoning, I guess one can only speculate. Provided whaler gives the go ahead!
