whaler - I agree that Ursa looks like a nice little operation. Interestingly enough, Ursa has just stated that they will begin phase 2 of a drilling operation. (Instead of building/investing into their own mill)

So why indeed is ISM buying shares of this company? They have stated their interest is for investment purposes only (ROI). They certainly have made numerous investments lately, but I believe this one might be a bit more then just a paper investment IMO. Time will tell.
