Inspiration Mining Corporation now owns 8,153,500 common shares of the Company, representing 12.56% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.Inspiration Mining Corporation effected the transaction for investment purposes.

I could ask : Why does ISM own 53% of Nitinat?. (Following taken from ISM's latest MD&A.) "Inspiration‘s total holdings of Nitinat common shares presently represents 53% of all issued and outstanding shares of Nitinat."

It appears you are inviting speculative posts. I thought your preference was for facts, and figures, backed up with cited sources, correct me if I misunderstood.
