Whaler if you ever hear from the guy (and I doubt very much that you will) I would be more interested in knowning what his paycheck will be. Is Miller taking a cut since most CEO's only get paid a token amount (geez that might cut into those fun loving European business (?) trips? Or can shareholders expect the new President to get paid as much as the old President?

Maybe thats why the MD&A is so late. It has to be disclosed there or later in the AIF report.
