In my first post titled "Go Figure.......... What's the Real Tally?" I thought I made it perfectly obvious which May 10 2011 post I was referring to. I copied and pasted the post for all to read and even supplied a weblink to it. Now you want to claim : "I am not sure which of the May 10 posts you refer to that shows that number of shares owned, but in the back of my head we have always seen it reported that ISM owns 13,000,000 shares in UMJ"

Maybe we can try again. The question I'm asking you is, how confident are you that the information you provided in the following May 10 2011 post is accurate? (I'll copy and paste again that May 10 2011 post that I'm referring to, at the very bottom of this post) The reason I asked is this : It clearly shows Inspiration Mining reporting purchase transactions of 13,330,000 at a time when they were publicly claiming to own 13,000,000 shares. It's not rocket science, either you messed up with your copy and paste or the information is accurate. ( I did notice you didn't supply a weblink to the information.)

Looking at the information (you posted) it clearly details Inspiration Mining reporting purchases of 13,300,000, whilst in news releases they only claim owning 13,000,000.

It's two very different numbers, that extra 330,000 shares could make a difference. For instance : If the information you provided by copy and paste is accurate, then surely the highlighted information in this January 27 2011 news release is inaccurate, dont you agree?

If ISM was correct stating Ursa had 66,007,534 issued shares and your copy and paste information is accurate, shouldn't the highlighted portion have read : Inspiration now owns 13,300,000 common shares of the Company, representing 20.15% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.

BTW, Is there any one thing in the back of your mind regarding URSA's Shareholder Rights Plan?
