Message: A fine slate Randy hangs with!

"Whaler,

Why would ISM shareholders not want to see what UMJ has to say about Randy and his slate?"

Nickel77, can I ask where in my reply to you I specifically said that? Maybe slow down and read what it is I write. Here's the nuts and bolts of my post......I had asked this:

"But would it not be also very beneficial to go a little further in your effort to post it on the UMJ board for it's intended readers, the UMJ shareholders, who more than likely have those blue proxy sheets to vote with?"

Make sense? Current UMJ shareholders are the intended audience for the UMJ Special Committee ....correct? It isn't the ISM shareholders who hold those Blue Proxy sheets is it? IMHO They are appealing to UMJ shareholders..... correct? IMHO this NR deserves to ALSO be posted on it's corresponding stock forum?

It's quite a game isn't it? Both sides trying their best to tarnish the other side in hopes that they can sway the voting in this proxy battle. "Here's why you don't want these guys" campaign that both groups are working hard to present.

As for ISM readers here learning something new about our CEO, most are familiar with salary/compensation and SP performance "revelations" from the UMJ NR you had posted.....Hence the "flare" comment.

Statements about the other proposed candidates I admit, was/is new reading for me and likely other ISM shareholders/readers here. Feels like a US presidential campaign/election in progress :) We should be due for another volley of NR's from both sides don't you think??

As for our recent new lows, I would say that there are some investors in ISM who prefer certainty. Testing ones long term patience in this company is something we are all quite familiar with. Now throw in the UMJ special meeting and you have many investors nervous about it's outcome. Have we seen the mini "flight to safety" as some sell tot he best bid and go to cash? Wait out the vote and assess later?

For icing on the ISM cake, try not to have any news at all on current operations at Langmuir and or why the expected 43-101 update is either MIA or delayed, and you have a perfect storm for the ISM SP to reach new lows in a thinly traded market.

Good old liquidity :)
