Legally, I don't believe ISM can try anything against UMJ for a least a year after its failed attempt to take control of UMJ. That was quite the slap from the Superior Court Judge on what he thinks about Randy and Gang. If they were smart, they best listen carefully to the Judges words and get back to working on delivering some shareholder value to their own company, than foolishly abusing the courts process.
UMJ is not the company to worry about here. The real question should be, What's next wrt ISM? Again, I ask you, what has Randy and/or ISM management done in the past few years that has added to ISM shareholder value?
What is ISM's priority? Does anyone know anymore what this company is about? The ISM management team seems totally lost in everything they attempt to do! It is time for change at the top and the sooner you and other shareholders start asking questions, the sooner you may save some of your investment.
