Sorry, I must have been sleeping at the wheel. If anyone cares out there, I see this thing touched 13.5 pennies. As predicted this thing will trade based on the value of its cash in the bank. And as it depletes month after month so will the stock price.

And as that price decline continues so will its liquidity. Without the NCIB (which I suspect the firm does not see too much value in itself) the bids will just get weaker.

Why buy back any stock when that cash could be used for more useful purposes like management fees.
