Bottomline is that if Tesoro proves to be the large discovery that SLI (and shareholders) hope it to be, IGD will heat up and follow suit. Until that excitement begins, patience is a virtue but I would think just by nature of the closely held float, this thing has the potential for a drastic upside surprise when the time is right.
