There was an announcement today on the sale of the remainder of their assets in the Norht Sea to DANA petroleum, soon to be a Korean protectorate.

300 million for 16,000 barrels of production and about 30 million barrels in reserves, including the inner moray firth properties that I had hoped IAE could have gotten.

300 million was in the ballpark to what I thought IAE could afford, shame that they could not have gotten them, but such are the breaks.

Going forward, there is only the planned accelerated production schedule of getting Athena and then Stella into the mix.

Could be range bound for a time.

If you were looking for a long term hold on a stock that does black gold, look at BXI, they are around 2.30 now but the story is great and will only get much better. That stock could make 10-15 dollars over the next 5 years. Not too bad of a return.

Thanks again for the PIE, i have been amazed at the return on no news, makes me itchy to sell and walk away, but again there is a story developing on those properties.
