I don,t beleive the market is getting this yet. At 8.07 share, this has a ways to go, and maybe more. It says in the response to the unofficial offer, that multiple proposals have been received in the last 2 weeks. The calculated $9.30 a share could be low, if another bidder steps up to the plate. Interesting!
