From what I understand now, we keep our Kwg shares and get 1 share of the new spinoff company of Debut Dimonds for every 3 shares of KWG we own.  This is a tax free divindend and not a trade off.  As far as how much the DD shares will be we will have to wait and see because they will be putting out an IPO.
