Hi....I might have missed something, but any word on the 'Debut Diamonds' stock?

From my understanding, we are to be issued 1 share of 'Debut' for every 3 of KWG by the end of 2007--corrrect?!?!

Has anyone heard from Management? I've sent a few emails, but have not heard anything yet
