Dear bernardho,

Here is management’s response to your questions:

1: What is the turnaround time for chromium testing
A: The turnaround time for chromium testing is one month.

2. When and where will be the AGM
A: The AGM will be held on April 23, 2009 in Montreal, Quebec.

3. In an average, how long and how deep the drilled hole is?
A: 350m and 200m.

4. what is the burn rate per month?
A: Management did not comment at this time.

5. When is the hunting season ( to stop drilling ) in Mcfauld lake?
A: Management did not comment at this time.

6. When are they plan to start drilling the JV with Noront?
A: In the Summer.

7. When will they release the 43101 in JV with SPQ/KWG?
A: Management not aware of release date at this time.
