This is in respect of the Resolution to reduce the Capital Account by $20 million. I have asked Bruce 3 times to answer specific question on it and he just gives me the general response that it has to do with the DD shares for us. Without better information from the company on this,my view is to vote NO TO THE RESOLUTION. My concern is that the book value of KWG may be reduced by the $20 million reduction and the market may give us an even lower value then 3 cents for our KWG shares. We have not been given the whole story ,IMO, and my VOTE IS NO. Take charge investors and find out just what the whole story is and vote accordingly.
