Well actually you just can't. Let's look at Cliffs investment in common shares, 5 cents US equals 6 cents Canadian. Yet shares are trading at 3 1/2 cents and if you get lucky maybe even 3 cents!
If you buy at 3.5 cents and sell at 6 cents then you just made 70% profit.
Now figure that Cliffs know what they are doing, unlike many of us. Makes you shake your head just a little bit?
My guess is Cliffs want a minimum double, more likely triple, on their risk investment which would indicate a share price of 12 to 18 cents minimum.
Does anyone think it's not worth buying a few KWG shares to tuck inside the mattress of awhile?
