Thanks for pointing out the proposed RailLine from Nakina to the ROF.
I went on Google Map today and was able to see the route they are taking. When on Google if you zoom in on the route more square IDs show up for places like Nakina.
I could be wrong but I think that CN Lines go to Nakina.
The two main Rail Lines CN and CPR go from east to west from Sudbury, I think that CN takes the more Northern Route.
I'm also including a link of the Ontario Northland Rail Line Map.
You will see that they already go up to Moosonee, the lower end of James Bay, and they go to Calstock just east of Hearst.

Oh, by the way, I went to Cn Rail and I did find out that they go to Nakina.
