Thanks for posting this portion of the act. I`m of the opinion that this strip of land was staked in an effort to minimize problems down the road should a rail line actually be built.

A while ago there was some discussion on KWG`s Facebook page and the administator stated `BTW – the railway has been flown and staked `That post was subsiquently deleted but we now know it to be true. I believe the staker `Clifford Hickman `was under the employ of our subsidiary Canada Chrome as that is their mandate.

`ChromeCana Inc has been created as a wholly-owned KWG subsidiary for the purpose of development of the mines and railroad and is undertaking pre-engineering assessment of a proposed right-of-way for the railroad.`(from a July 22 news release)

I`ve no way of proving all this, but it just makes sense.
