It was Diagem Inc. Sold millions of shares at a loss, here's a link from March 2008 showing some of the insider dumping back then

The rumour on Agoracom was that Diagem was hurting for cash and wanted to focus on project in Brazil and not McFaulds. It was very depressing to see them sell day after day pushing us lower and lower. At our worst, we hit an intraday low of 1¢ at one point for a day or two.
