Many discoveries have happend while a railbed ,road or clear cut have been under construction in Northwestern Ontario. ie Helmo, ( though it was not recognized for decades), Amethyst Mine Panarama, KXL's Golden Mile etc. Staking the proposed rail line was a smart move for many other reasons but you never know when your going to get lucky. NWO is a big place with many inaccesable areas that have never seen exploration. If anything is found during construction KWG (Canada Chrome) will have the rights to it.
