I've thought about that too, but I'm not familiar with the proper legal definitions of terms like "third party" as it would apply to dealings between two competing companies. It makes sense to me that, in the context of the offer between NOT and FWR, Cliffs could be considered a third party to that offer....any corporate lawyers out there? We'll know for sure after Dec.1
