what happens to KWG if NOT gets FWR

in a slightly tangentially connnected vein (! mining lingo), i'm a KWG holder and from just that perspective I'd like to see Cliffs get FWR. Because if NOT gets FWR then all KWG has going for it is its 1% smelter rights. Because as sure as eggs is omelettes, its chrome will not get mined in my lifetime.
