From Debuts MD&A of March 31, 2009
4. Recent developments and outlook: Debuts has maintained its property positions despite the recent market turmoil. Significant recent developments since the last Debuts MD&A dated Janaury 8, 2009 are discussed below under the following headings:
(a) Debuts plans to list on CNSX
(b) Resignation of Stephen Dunn as director
(b) World-wide market liquidity crisis
(a) Debuts plans to list on CNSX: On December 17, 2008, Debuts became a reporting issuer in Ontario. Debuts has a pending application to trade on the Canadian National Stock Exchange, “CNSX.” KWG, the only shareholder of Debuts, intends to deliver its Debuts common shares pro rata to the KWG shareholders.
On January 12, 2009, in order to expedite the proposed delivery by KWG Resources Ltd. of one Debuts common share for each 10 KWG common share held, Debuts consolidated the existing 48,156,000 common shares (on the basis of 3 new shares for each 5 old shares) into 28,893,600 common shares of Debuts Diamonds.
