Well StevieRay & all the others who helped me find some info. I write Chris of KWG and asked him about the Smelter Return and he sent me this bit of information and told me to share if you want and I want to.

Good question, here is the answer...
"The NSR is a royalty that will be paid directly to the company (KWG) based on the ore mined and processed. It is not something that will be necessarily paid out to shareholders. It will be used to create shareholder value."

Hi Chris
I have watching KWG and all the action that has been happening in the 48 hours. Watching the Bullboards of KWG & SPQ and I wondering, how many shares does a shareholder have to own to get part of the Smelter return? Is it 1,10,or 1000. shares? I and other shareholders would like to know. I have 100,000 KWG shares and I don't know if I can split them up. I also have a small position in SPQ. I will share what you send to me if it is allowed.
