Could someone please explain to me the smelter fee KWG has in place.

How does it work?

Why do they have it? I think I heard they paid a fee for it to someone.

Does each company have to sign on to it or is it voluntary?

How much revenue is it worth based on tonnage, I presume?

I have tried to go on line to find out about smelter fees but could not find out anything.

Any knowledge passed on to a grateful "herring-chocker" ( New Brunswicker) would be much appreciated. TIA rj
