I just received an interesting call from a representative from KWG...they want to send some news articles to me via email so that as a shareholder, I am up to date....as well, we discussed several things....here is a brief summary...

They will have a spot on the commodity report on BNN on Tuesday

The spin off of Debut Diamonds will happen sooner than later

They are very well strategically positioned with Canada Chrome holding interests on the corridors....need the roads and/or rail before you can bring up the equipment to build the mine(s)

They are certainly prepared for any takeover attempt by Cliffs....they anticipate that such a move is probable. The recent PP will put them in a better position of strength along with the upcoming 43-101 and the upcoming drilling, which will begin soon. Also, they will be the operator on the JV project very soon as well.

As shareholders; I'm assuming you will get your call as well
