The company has formed a subsidiary, Debut Diamonds Inc, into which it has placed its interest in the MacFadyen, Pele, Diagnos, Wawa and Unifom diamond properties. On December 17, 2008, DDI became a reporting issuer in Ontario and has a pending application to have its shares listed for trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX). KWG intends to deliver its DDI's common shares pro rata to the KWG shareholders concurrent with a financing transaction in order to expand the drilling program adjacent to the DeBeers' Victor mine.
