To say that I am dissappointed in the initial offer would be an understatement. I expected .28 as an initial offer. However, the game is far from over and I would expect the BOD to outrightly reject the first offer as a matter of course. The second offer likewise would be a lowball, and the third will likely be inclusive of stock in the bidding company. These are my opinions only and hopefully I will not offend anyone with my thinking out loud.

I am confident that that the actual value is there but hope that more confirmation of resources will be made public before any firm decisions are made regarding final sales.
