Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
I like your thinking and I look forward to your assertion coming to pass. Let me pose a contrarian view on the initial stages. CLF floods the market with enough shares to knock out momentum on the buys. People decide to wait for the sp to drop lower at 11.5 or 12. Some decide to sell and pick up at these prices reducing the need for CLF to drop their own shares into the market.
There is certainly the sense for some that, with the CLF offer at .13, one is safe holding at that price, but until that offer is made official, it is thin ice. CLF could say they are postponing their bid and the sp would drop, leaving investors scurrying for the doors. Many variables to consider.
