Yesterday saw CLF's offer effectively cancelled with the shs price increase. If Clf's really wants us, to get the same premium we need a new offer at 23c and that I think would get the thongues waggin again. Closer to D-DAY, the boards need to get the plans firmed up AND time is of the essence.
