i'm betting Cliffs will take the best people out of each company, keep them on board to help develop this unbelievable world class discovery.

There will be duplication in the areas of human resources, payroll, other admin, etc.

just as there might even be between a SPQ/KWG merger.

I suspect bot the SPQ and the KWG name will eventually disappear under the Cliffs massive umbrella, but that's business and that's how it goes.

MY question is, Is it possible for SPG/KWG to only sell the rights and claims to this discovery and then continue on their own to different properties to remain juniors and find new places to discover ?
