There is truth to the fact that the spq/kwg merge is going to work or Cliffs would not be so pished off. They are despert to get this resource. The Big daddy must be the sweet spot. The 1% nsr is worth millions and billions. If Cliffs wanted to bid .13 then we know KWG is worth more than that and KWG/SPQ is worth even more than that again.
