The true value lies in a merger with control of BD. This value will only be known after a feasability study. Cliffs does not want this to happen before they own the deposit. The way they are going after this when they say it will only be mined after Black Thor makes me wonder what they think the value of these two companies are if they are willing to buy them now. They say they have enough chromite in the FWR deposits for decades . Why do they need this, and why now?
