Cliffs stopped the valuation , for the simple reason they didn,t want it out. Before they bid on SPQ. Cliffs was on the BOD for KWG, now the operator, they were privy to ALL the info. This looks and sounds like insider trading in my opinion, how can the shareholders of SPQ make a fair and valued judgement on the offer, when only one side has the information. Where is the OSC. in this situation.
