This just proved how nuch Clifs wants this play.

19c wont get them the 51% or the 33% for the merger defeat. Kwg still in very good shape.

1. a match will force clifs to 25c for spq ( most of us own both so thats ok

2 if merger fails we still have DD, Cnada Chrome,

2.5mm in the bank and another 2.5mm from the deal so we are good for this year to prove up. if we can Prove up others will fund us for more.. if Clifs tries to stop us from letting it out simply leek info..Clifs wants control so they wont sell any major part of KWG on the market. DD can still be released as dividend, Canda chrome can continue with funding from .... future looks bright..
