I am almost certainly that this is speculation, conjecture, and rumour. Nobody has said anything substantive.

IS there the possibility of a third party? Of course there is. But if so, they are going to be playing their cards tight for the next week. They don't need to reveal themselves until the last minute. And most importantly, don't count on there being one. I don't you, you don't know, nobody except the Boards know, and they will certainly not leak this information.

I wouldn't presume that there is a third party which is definitively interested at this time. But by the same token, I wouldn't be surprised either.
