Valuation of NSR

It appears to me that the NSR has only been given a nominal amount, of value. The NSR is on Black Thor and Big Daddy. A quick thumbnail ,sketch of value. 1 million tons per year @ 40% equals 880 pounds , times $1.00 again equals $880.00 less approx. 30% for mining and smelting , leaves abot $ 616.00. Tmes this by the 1 million. These numbers are approx, however thre is almost, 120,000,000 million tonnes known at present between the 2 sites. Let your imagination run wild, on the true value of the NSR and keep in mind this so far is chrome only.
