What does it mean for KWG

hey guys,

does anybody knwo what does NR of Spider mean for KWG shares. There will be probably a buyout of spider at .19. So there wont be a merger. The spider shares are gone. What about KWG? The offer of .13 doesnt exist anymore. Will there be another offer? Will CLF sell in the open market inorder to prevent no interest or the screw out retail shareholders?
