Very interesting question Debby. I have some thoughts on this which I have posted on another board and will share here as well in response. Unfortuanely, it appears that CLF is in drivers seat. Here is map of the area.

What chrome resource is right in between Black Thor/Black Label and Big Daddy. It is Black Creek which is a 50/50 JV for NOT/PRB. A 43-101 will come out in a few weeks. This is high grade chrome, close to surface and the highest ground in the area. Will CLF go around Black Creek when they mine the chrome in the area?
