I agree with your sentiment, but this isn't a votable subject. They (I assume you mean Novak/MineralFields) made a decision to sell their shares and suggested you do the same. Whether they are wrong or right, it's their choice to make, and who knows what kind of other undisclosed perks they received for doing so that normal investors will never see.
If other investors felt that .19 was absolutely not enough, they would have spoken with their shares and not sold. Even with all shares held by the BOD and MineralFields, CLF wouldn't have been anywhere close to 52%, so there are lots of other investors who 'sold SPQ down the river' so to speak.
Just hoping that KWG holders don't do the same. CLF will come for this company eventually, likely sooner rather than later, just hope enough KWG owners will hold firm to their belief in this company not to sell for an offer in the teens, which could be tough, emotionally, after the beating this stock has been put through by various games/strategies/etc.
