When can KWG legally re-release the valuation ?

Does anyone know how/when KWG can re-released the valuation for public consumption ?

When re-released I'd think it would make our SP pop ?

Or does it somehow stay buried until Cliffs comes in, lowballs KWG, forces us to sell, and then get's re-released ?
