Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
Thistime: You didn't miss anything. You said,"I missed the initial tender time by less then an hour and I was told if I want I can tender on a "best efforts basis",with no guarantee that CLF would want to take up my shares and that it could tie my shares up for some time."
Whoever told you that is wrong. You could have tendered to the new tender time of July 16. As I said in an earlier post I called Georgeson and got the scoop. (If you got your information from your broker, forget it, Brokers are as useless as tits on a bull). I always know what is going on before my broker from reading Sedar, reading the various webb sites or reading the posts on these boards.
If you tendered to the July 16 offer your cash would be in your account 3-5 days after the close on the 16th. If you had tendered on the 6th your cash would be in your account 3-5 business days after the close of that tender date. That is what I was told by Georgeson Shareholder Communications Canada Inc.
You did not have to sell on the open market. You've been had!! Even though the decission to sell was yours, the information you received was wrong.
Do call Georgeson 1 - 866-656-4120.
I'm still holding quite a few shares of SPQ and I am undecided what to do. I tendered quite a few too for the 16 th deadline, and wonder about getting them back after reading the KWG report.
I do wonder about a class action lawsuit.
This whole SPQ/KWG/FWR fiasco is shameful.
Please let us know how you make out after you phone Georgeson.
Gleegee.
