It may be that they only realized recently that this might be considered to be material news to some investors. I seem to think that it was only Tuesday or Wednesday, if my memory is correct, that someone on these boards first wondered in writing what would be happening to KWG's shares. Maybe someone reading the boards realized that this was a question that should be answered via a press release.
