It's value is what someone's willing to pay for it. That being said this is being held down. Not going to name names, I'm not one to slander, but not many people have deep enough pockets with enough shares who would put up walls of 1.4 million shares at 12 cents...from only 2 orders, and if that wall gets eaten through, well, toss up 1.6 million more. And this sort of stuff happens virtually every day. And the same few people are likely to buy blocks of 700,000 - 1,000,000 in one shot when it eventually loses steam and falls to 11 - 11.5.
