Hello everyone,

Thanks for all the post/responses....great info to think about. I am going to 'mull' it over today, but I've been in KWG for almost 5 years, so another 6 months+++ cannot hurt.

I am probably going to 'let it ride'- i almost forgot about the 1% NSR, that should pay up!
