I am sure that some 250 000 shares held by KWG will make through the whole process... Unless an agreement is reached for the sale of KWG's share of Big Daddy to Cliffs... KWG has huge interest to having a court fixing its own value (tru indirect valuation of Spider shares). I can't wait for a financial pages headline going this way: "Kwg Resources Inc shares valued at 30 cents+ based on the value of assets jointtly held with defunct partner Spider Resources Inc"
