In this case I was fortunate enough to have cash. Actually it was cash I chickened out on and tendered SPQ shares for. I originaly tendered all my shares but decided to take a chance and recalled my tender on the RRSP portion. Wish in hindsight I knew enough to hold them all back! I contacted 8 corporate lawyers and none of them wanted anything to do with this so any assistance I can get from this board is greatly appreciated. Even TD said this is very unusual but I hope to ride KWG's coattails on this. Remember I have been in SPQ and KWG for 11 years so I am really p!!sed off!!!!!!!!!!! Not with Cliffs They are doing what they do best.
